土壤 选用栽培土壤时主要的标准是肥沃且排水性好。具体来说,腐叶土或者沙壤土的效果都是比较好的。土壤不适宜之后要换盆,换盆后浇透水,再放在有适当光线、温暖的地方。

温度 葡萄风信子喜欢稍微冷凉一些的环境,具体的范围是十四至十五度。夏天不要太高。在比较偏北的地方养殖,冬天需防寒,有条件的可直接放在室内养。如果没有条件可以采取用土和稻草覆盖的方法来保暖。

光照 葡萄风信子不喜欢强光,所以平时放在半荫的地方最好。不过,如果它的叶子变得非常长,那么可能是光线太弱了,则可以适当增加光照时间,同时减少浇水量。

浇水 葡萄风信子平时的需水量不太多,土壤干燥时适量补充一点就行了。千万不能积水。另外,对空气湿度也有要求,最好在百分之六十至八十太干燥时喷水。
在种植之前，先要检查一下，看看葡萄风信子的种球有没有霉烂的地方。如果没有的话，可以直接拿来种，如果有的话，需要给它进行消毒。
当发现种球有霉烂的地方的时候，要把它在多菌灵溶液里浸泡大概五到十分钟左右。浸泡的时候，注意查看一下它的根系有没有老根，有的话，要把老根去掉，但是注意不能把它削平，否则很难生根。
如果你收到的种球上面有老皮，并且还有霉斑，这个时候，可以给它扒掉两层皮，不会影响到它的开花的。
在进行配土的时候，要注意土壤的透气性和疏松程度，并且不要让土壤的保水能力太强，否则可能会发生积水烂根的现象。
可以用普通的培植土，珍珠岩，椰糠和鸡粪来进行配制，这个是没有比例的，可以根据花盆的大小来决定。
之后，就可以把种球种在花盆里面了，然后在它上面大概覆上三四厘米厚的土壤，覆土的多少，可以根据你花盆的深浅来决定。
种植好之后，把它放在通风，稍微遮荫的地方进行养护。等到它发芽之后，给它适当的增加光照。
葡萄风信子在养护过程中，一定要有充足的光照才会生长的很快，否则花容易生长不良。
