要想身体好 常喝小麦草
小麦草其实就是小麦苗，其作用确实十分神奇。从欧美风行至日韩台湾香港，近年来十分风行，目前在国内也越来越受到大家的重视。
1、本草纲目记载小麦草“麦苗，气味辛、寒、无毒。主治消酒毒、暴热、酒疽、目黄…捣烂绞汁日饮之，解渴，退胸隔热，利小肠，佐韭食，甚益颜色。”可见古人已发现小麦草汁是消炎退热、健胃消食、疏利肠胃等卓越功效的药物和补品。
2、现代医学证实，小麦草含有丰富的叶绿素、维生素A、维生素C、维生素E及维生素B族，和矿物质钙、镁、磷、铁、硒，以及超抗氧化剂SOD、纤维和有益酵素。叶绿素和红血球的构成十分相似，区别是叶绿素的中心元素是镁，而血红蛋白的中心元素是铁，因此在摄取叶绿素后可以快速的合成血红蛋白，因此小麦草又被称为“绿色血液”。
3、小麦嫩叶中含有高量的维生素和植物荷尔蒙，老一点的叶子则矿物质较多。同时小麦草能供给最直接与最经济的蛋白质。小麦嫩叶中则含有色氨酸，可以治疗身材短小。

种植误区即容易出错的地方
1、请不要一直浸泡在水中（这样种子会缺氧，时间长了会发霉）
2、请不要用沙子种植（小麦草分为土培和水培，沙子也会长出来，但是发芽率会降低）
3、若收到种子一月内种不了，请拆开真空包装袋，放在阴凉干燥的地方长期保存
4、发现很多买家用豆芽机，这个豆芽机种植小麦草小王也没有用过不方便评论
5、水培过程中出现发霉，种子变黑，这种情况夏天多见，4个原因 1、湿度大，2温度高，3空气不流通，4种子有破损 土培的话没有这种情况出现，一旦出现这样，应该立即将发霉的种子挑出来，不然会传染至其他种子也变成这样

种子的种植教程
土培
土培：浸泡8小时左右，自来水就可以，泡好之后 撒在松好的土里，覆盖一层薄薄的土大概2厘米厚，之后4天浇一次水，一般3-4天就会陆续的长出芽来，5天之后就会长出绿油油的小苗来，10天后，大概长到10-20cm就可以收割榨汁了
