Now take a PayPal refund as an example:

PayPal changed the rules on refund fees in the User Agreement in the fourth quarter of 2019 and sent a notification email to all users between January 2 and February 18, 2020.

The agreement went into effect on March 16, 2020, and the revised rules state that PayPal does not charge fees for processing refunds. However, when the seller returns the transaction money to the buyer, the transaction fee originally paid by PayPal will still be charged and will not be refunded to the seller.

A Hong Kong buyer paid AliPrice 100HKD, PayPal charged a transaction fee of 6.25HKD, and AliPrice actually received 93.75HKD; but when a full refund is issued, PayPal will directly deduct 100HKD from AliPrice's account balance to the buyer. (Please refer to the actual charges for handling fees)

Therefore, if you want to refund the balance in agent.aliprice to PayPal, AliPrice will only refund the actual amount. That is: payment service providers may charge transaction fees or handling fees, for which AliPrice is not responsible.

Finally, you have to pay our 20 yuan refund fee.

example:

You pay 100HKD to agent.aliprice, PayPal charges a transaction fee of 6.25HKD, and AliPrice actually collects 93.75HKD; when AliPrice issues a refund, it will refund the actual amount of 93.75HKD, and deduct a handling fee of 20 yuan (24.45HKD, Calculated at the actual exchange rate), that is, the actual refund is 69.30HKD.

There may be currency conversion fees involved in the deposit and withdrawal process, and commission rates may vary by banking system.

After AliPrice refunds, it may take several business days for the funds to reach the seller's account, please be patient.
