I cannot use my wallet after top up, Why?

I topped up my account but I cannot use the money due to countless of issues with this extension.

First it keeps rejecting every phone number we tried to add for the chinese warehouse address. In fact we tried using 4 different phone numbers and it keeps rejecting it. At this point, we cannot complete adding a warehouse shipping address.

My agent in China also tried with 3 different phone number but encountered the same problem.

I reached out to your support through email, and nobody responded. I tried using your Live Chats, and there's no response.

I would either call my credit card company to cancel the transaction, or you could fix the issue so I can make the purchase, otherwise this is very unprofessional.
