You mentioned that the delivery was completed on the 23rd, but the warehouse I use hasn't received any notification of its arrival. I initially thought it might be delayed due to the warehouse's processing order, but today is the 29th, and I still haven't received any arrival notification. This makes me suspect that you may have mistakenly sent it to the wrong address.
The product I purchased through you isn't even listed in my 1688 account. You should be helping with this service, not shifting the responsibility to someone else.
