通过BSCI验厂
一．订做事宜:
1、产品可根据客户提供图片和样品订做，更换材料、颜色，也可控制成本生产，以达客户要求。还可以根据客户需求重新设计订做。
2、可以根据我们网站上的款式图片款式订做，加LOGO，细则如下(LOGO订制）
3、我们的款式每款每色300个起，总数300到500个可以下单生产，生产起订数量500个起。
4、设计打样要求：起样品视情况而定收取300-1000元不等的费用，具体实际样板可双方协商，打样周期一般为3-5 天.
二．LOGO订制:
1生产订货时可根据客户要求订制客户要求的标志/LOGO。标志/LOGO一般的工艺有（绣花、印刷、热压模、五金、胶牌等）。
2 打样添加客户LOGO时，如LOGO需要印刷单色可免费，多色印刷根据颜色而定，加绣花根据客户的LOGO的针数而定。 五金开模做的需要费开模费根据复杂难易程度而定。
三．生产期限:
产品的交期(不含打样时间、运输时间)以及产品的价格也根据订货量而定，数量不同交期不同，具体的双方协商解决。
四．生产程序:
1.我们收到订单后按照客人的数量，制定采购单，按质按量采购原材料。包括颜色，厚度，手感，软硬度等等。
有出口标准的，我们会采购员会认真和供应商沟通，按照要求订购大货。不明白的业务会和客人再三核实确认。以免做错标准。造成损失和耽误货期。
3.大货材料完成后，我们会按照采购计划从每种材料商处取得产前版材料尽快打版给客人确认，签产前版。产前版时间一般是2-3天。产前版确认后，我们验货后材料商送货到工厂开始裁剪。
4.生产大货中，针对首次做货的新产品，为了降低最后次品的比例、返工的消耗，在大货生产之前，每一个新产品（包括旧产品新颜色）的头一百个产品必须单独安排试产与QC验货。
例如：一个订单有1000个，那么前100个产品必须提前安排试产与QC检验，把它当作单独一个订单一样对待。任何产品在试运行阶段（前一百个产品）中所发现的问题必须得在大货生产中得到改善。，这些问题可能是产品本身、表面处理、结构、车缝线路，包装等方面不过关，取决于具体的情况。
大货生产（如上例中1000个产品中剩余的900个）只有在试运行阶段通过了我们的QC检验后方可继续生产。 如果条件时间允许，我们会通知贵司QC及其跟单人员到我司进行指导， 进行大货生产的前100个产品的WIP。
5.包装材料采购，我们会按照要求和包装部同事认真交接，怎么包装，尤其是出不同国家的。SKU，箱唛，胶袋都有可能不一样。包装完首件我们跟单员会拍照给客人再次确认。确认无误后，我们会把首件做标记放到指定位置作为包装样。此外我们会做包装流程图打印出来给包装组讲解如何包装。然后开始大货包装。
付款方式：
下订单时预付30%的定金，余款70%提货时付清。
五．定制说明
1、如果您想订购产品，请联系我们公司人员。
2、我们会考虑您的需要，推荐产品照片/图片供您挑选，或者按照您的样品或图片尽快做出样品。
3、对您关心的样品，我们会及时同您联系，确定款式、数量、价格后，我们会尽快打出样品让您确认。
4、双方确认包装要求、付款方式、交货日期等。
5、我们保证产品的制作质量和交货日期。
6、运输说明： 一般情况下走物流或快递，运费到付。
7、未尽事宜，可详谈后在合同注明。
六.生产流程
合同签订收到订金后，财务签字下采购单，业务员必须做好采购单和生产单，产品用料情况、生产工艺、交期、包装要求、注意事项等需一一注明。
采购领取采购单和采购备料金后，即去材料市场备料，材料必须按照合同和样板进行备料，杜绝以次充好、短码少量等情况，如出现采购不良，采购需承担相应责任，采购备齐物料交予车间生产主管。
车间主管需仔细比对产前样，清点物料，确认无误安排裁床师傅开料。
生产中收尾工作需做好，产品只许多做，不可少数，必须按照客人订单数量交货。
七．售后服务
我们提供完整的售后服务。如出现产品质量问题，客户可提供产品瑕疵地方的清晰图片，我们工作人员会第一时间处理并上报领导，商定退货到本厂返工,更换或者重新制作等等。

1.您最好的价格是多少？
答：通常情况下，价格是根据客户提供的设计，采购数量，或者通过详细的细节图去预算，准确的价格需要样板制作完成。
2.你们可以设计吗？
答：可以，我们英国有一个设计团队，每个月我们都会开发一些新产品，同时我们也接受客人的自主设计产品开发实物。
3.通常样板时间和大货时间是多久？
答：样板时间是收到样板费之后5-7天，根据不同款式样板费用300-1000元，下单达到3000-5000pcs退回。大货生产时间20-55天根据数量和难易程度确定。
4.你们的付款方式是什么？
答：我们付款方式是订单确定后支付30%的定金作为预付款，70%大货完成后验货并通过支付尾款出货。
5.你们有通过验厂吗？
答：我们有SEDEX验厂，Disney验厂，BSCI验厂。具体根据当年客户的采购要求。
6.你们的最小订单量是多少？
答：一般款式最小订单量是500pcs .
7.是否可以定制LOGO?
答：根据要求我们可以定制刺绣logo,丝印logo,五金logo,塑胶logo等。
8.你们的走货方式？
答：我们的走货方式一般是EXW,FOB,CIF .
9.你们网站标价是准确价格么？
答：网站价格只是预估价，仅供参考。准确报价需要提供详细的材料组成，尺寸说明，以及相关图案，logo等技术要求。打版后得出准确价格。
