①、发货信息：
默认百世快递，如百世快递不到的，默认改发邮政小包，另外可补运费改发顺丰，其他快递暂不支持。
下单后需要改其他快递补运费的，请联系客服补差价。
快递发送过程中出现问题的，请第一时间联系在线客服或致电对应快递公司的官方电话或者对应快递收件方网点的电话。
②、退换货流程：
退货订单直接在阿里申请退款(限已经发货且客户收到的订单)。
换货的订单，请直接联系客服，寄回时请写清需要换的包包款号，颜色及买家ID，买家地址，方便签收时联系，换好货后会寄出。换货运费具体情况需要和客服沟通联系。
退回的订单，请第一时间填写退货快递单号如不填写交易成功后无法再处理退款。
③、补寄流程：
补寄卡包，肩带，吊饰及返修包等，拍下相应的包，联系客服修改价格并备注具体事项，

量大发货的客户，请和客服沟通装箱及发货运费，正常情况发物流，海外可发国际物流。
